My new house has a lot of vinyl floors so I looked at a lot of rotating mops and settled on this one. So far, so good. Unfortunately, I didn't push the handle's blue plastic top very far and it ripped on the first use. They mean it when they say not to push too hard. But I emailed customer service and they immediately sent me a new pen; they were pretty responsive. I'll definitely keep pushing it - they said it should be about three inches long. It would be nice to know. The bucket is easy to work with and fits in my sink. The mop head spins nicely and gets pretty dry. I think next time I'll try to keep it a little wetter! I find it better than the pedal version. I'm older and not as coordinated and I can imagine losing my balance if I had a pedal! By the way, I found a great video on YouTube where a girl compared five of these spinning mops and it was incredibly informative and well done.
