I run like a champion in my server room! Can not be switched off, runs stable, quite quiet. A dehumidifier setting is great when the server room gets too stuffy. Airflow, so we opened the back of the cabinet to let the heat out. Running the fan all the time to get the air flowing has worked for me. I thought maybe he was tired of working 24/7 and scheduled another session so I could rotate back and forth. A few weeks ago it stopped working without my knowledge because Tripplite didn't update the cooler properly so it didn't work for about 5-6 months. The fan cage failed and actually exploded and stuck on the cold side. My first sign is the first picture where a piece was stuck in the foam sleeve. When I opened it I found all the details inside. I called Tripplite as they only have a 1 year guarantee (and now I know why they don't guarantee it for over a year). They said NO SUBSTITUTE. This pissed me off, pun intended, because they clearly have this problem, but they won't sell you a part to fix it? What is customer service? This is Tripplite's planned failure point and this second device will be the last time I buy anything from Tripplite. I bet they won't even cover you with any of their other products so please look elsewhere for a company that cares about their customers.
