An easy-to read tool with tons and lots
The best thing about this program that I can say for now is it's ease of use as compared to other programs out there in the market today! Nothing so far though but if you're looking at all these features then definitely give them try because they have loads more than what we need right from customer feedbacks to internal training sessions which are very helpful too! It has really helped us improve our business process by giving us great insights into how people think or feel when using certain services (e..g booking an appointment).
Pros
- The ease of use! I really like that it's easy to use and doesn't require a lot of technical experience
Cons
- I think the program is good for our business but the only thing is that it's too much for our small business to handle
