As someone who was hesitant to invest in hydroponics or aquaponics I'm glad I came across this substrate. It's DEFINITELY great value for the price, and has improved the health and growth of my plants and fish .Based on our own experience, it's clear that the media is effective in maintaining water quality and circulation. The only downside is that it may require more frequent changing compared to other pet supplies for aquariums.
