not 100% cotton good art paper

Fairly good paper for non-professional watercolors. Doesn't look like quality paper but good for practice or study projects. I accidentally used this paper in my first few months of watercolor training and it was a bad idea, it doesn't react with paint like 100% cotton paper. Then I had to forget what I had learned from that article. - if it makes sense?
