We are a travel company so we bought 30 helmets. In short, the straps don't stay tight. After 20-30 minutes, the strap will loosen and a loose helmet will hurt your head if it falls. The strap of a helmet worn once or five times shouldn't come loose after 20-30 minutes. If a manufacturer or retailer responds to this message that we've adjusted the straps incorrectly, I'll reply in advance if we have a are a professional licensed travel company and can't figure out how to use the straps, how can you expect that from the average consumer?
