UPDATE: Now that our baby is 7lb 4oz I can see that he has limited legroom. The leg part is exercised when the child straightens the legs and creates space between the leg part and the part that covers the arms, allowing the arms to protrude. I won't let her sleep in it anymore. Instead, we use other brands. They were great for the first few weeks, but now they're practically useless. Original: Light material, soft, easy to swaddle the baby. Suitable for our newborn baby with some growing room. She currently weighs 6 pounds 3 ounces, 17 inches long. I'm not sure there will be enough room for a large newborn or older child, especially in the legs.
