Review on Clifford Rainbow Scientific by Nick Kirschenmann

Revainrating 1 out of 5

It was a big disappointment. It arrived with great expectation but was poor.

Unfortunately this was a big disappointment. It arrived with great expectation but was of poor quality. The volcano's cone cracked and broke. The book itself, if not a guide, then several sheets of thin paper glued together. This is not a universal kit. You need to buy vinegar, food coloring, salt, ice, and a few other items, as well as tablecloths, paper plates, toothpicks, etc. to get started. I'd say google some simple science projects on the internet and you'll be better off. Also, Clifford really isn't part of the excitement of the kit. There is only one photo of him on the box and in the book and the children are not at all enthusiastic about the booklet. The projects advertised were very simple. Almost to the point where they don't really work.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure
