Review on Satechi Lightweight Aluminum Portable Laptop by John Graves

Overall the product is quite well built. The aluminum gives it a polished look and a sense of durability. The package arrived quickly, but at first glance it looked like my product had already been opened or someone had sent it back. Pros: - Good solid construction - Viewing angle is excellent and I think it helps the user not to bend down (I think this is the best feature of the product for me) - Very portable, easy to carry and for work or just just for moving the house - The rubber grip on the bottom grips well and provides friction on the surface it's standing on. Cons: - I think there could be more rubber protection on the bottom where it touches the laptop. The reason is that if your laptop doesn't have a bottom cover, it could get scratched on this stand, so you have to be a little careful. I originally had a lid on a MacBook so there were no scratches but I no longer use a lid on a laptop and now there are a few tiny scratches although I am careful when I place the laptop on this stand. I got this for a Macbook. pro (2016) and it fits perfectly.
