The battery compartment has no lid so good luck storing the batteries. The on/off switch does not work. I have to enable/disable it every time I want to use/quit it. The light is a kind of flexible tube stuck in a hard plastic shell in the shape of an object. This tube is not fixed in some places and exits the body at these places. The cord is not very long, so it needs to be placed very close to the outlet. The supplied adhesive hooks do not stick. I cleaned and dried the wall where I was going to hang it, attached adhesive hooks to the wall and left it overnight before hanging the lamp on it. The next morning both strips of tape came off and were half ripped off the wall.
