He's not as tough as he looks.
It's easy to assemble, very easy to fold, but it doesn't stay stable, if you lock it to stay up, I mean it will stay upright, but not strong, it will shake a lot, maybe came this one so that, probably not in general but yeah the mines came like that so if you're thinking about getting them you should definitely check that out.
