Review on Maintena by Jeffrey Sanders

The ease of accessing information from any device with web access makes this software ideal for our customers who do not have computer knowledge nor IT support at all times, it also has great customer services when needed which gives us peace mind knowing we are in good hands! No problems so far but I think there must be better products out now as well like Microsoft 365 where you can create ad hoc emails/emails templates using your own custom logo etc without having too many options open (or confusing). Maintaining equipment across multiple sites - making sure everything runs seamlessly between remote locations- ensuring proper maintenance procedures being followedMaintenance department needs help keeping track what work was done by whom or if someone else worked on something they shouldnt even know about.- no one likes getting hit up during holidays just because someones off sick due to sickness etc.
