Why do companies ALWAYS have to change products that aren't wrong. I loved the first bottle, it was thick and my dry fine hair felt amazing. That last bottle(s) yes, like an idiot I ordered 2 of these! I'm so frustrated that I now have dry fluffy hair again and thick and creamy hair was flying right out the window, don't put your hands on too much of it or it will run right onto the shower floor. The first bottle was fantastic, no product required to finish hair after shower, just beautiful hair. I never had an itchy scalp with the 1st bottle now my scalp itches all the time, by the way you saved some money but you lost at least 1 customer on my face. It doesn't smell, feel or shape the same, even my shoulders and back itch after the lather runs down them after rinsing. Do you know how long it took me to find a shampoo that works this well? You just don't understand how upset I am. My hair actually seems to be thinning and I swear it's the shampoo. I will look for another brand, I can't even tell you how much it stinks!
