Review on 🌶️ Peugeot 870422/1 Paris Classic 9-Inch Pepper Mill, Chocolate: Finely Ground Nostalgia for Flavorful Feasts by Jason Childs

I don't understand why a decent pepper/salt grinder is so hard to find these days. I've been using a Costco/Kirkland brand disposable pepper grinder for a while and have yet to find anything that meets their specs. Click/turn grinders don't work very well, so I avoided the U-Select model. There is no need to complicate the pepper mill. When delivered, I would give this model 1/5 star because the upper knurled nut does not stay tight for long. This makes it impossible to get a decent grind as the setting changes with each revolution. I applied some Loctite 222 (purple, low strength) to fix this problem. Now the adjustment knurled nut stays in place and grinding is acceptable. Still not the quality of a Kirkland grinder, but definitely usable.
