Ideal for protecting double door handles!
I used this to lock two doors in a closet room where we protect our alcohol from small gusts. It's hard to find strong, parent-safe locks for dual handles, and this does the job perfectly. Just make sure you stick a protective pad on the back of the lock as the metal will scratch the finish of the cabinet. The lock is heavy and the fixation after installation seems reliable. Don't give in to your chosen position. The only thing that confuses me is that sometimes the key gets stuck and you have to move it to get it out. No big deal because he does what he has to do very well.
