My family is so happy with this butter dish. This dish is good looking, very functional and easy to clean. The size is perfect for us. It is made of very good material and it probably will last a life time.We are making sour dough bread at home and it has been difficult to try to spread the cold butter on the bread from the refrigerator. I always bought unsalted butter but I will switch to salted butter because it will help butter to stay fresh longer.
