Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Women's Five Ten Freerider MTB Shoes by Brandon Skeet

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Waterproof and non-slip!

Straight out of the box they are very comfortable and just the right size. I usually take the 9 for women but after reading some reviews I got an 8.5. I commute to work daily and when my platform shoes get wet my sneakers slip everywhere. I love this shoe and have never had a problem slipping in the wet. I have ridden in the rain a lot and they are really waterproof. BUT my socks are not. I don't wear long pants and the water collects at the ankle and my socks suck it all up into the boot and settle inside and slosh around my toes. To dry, I removed the pads and stuffed the t-shirt in for a few minutes to soak up the water, then leaned it upside down against the wall. It took two days to air dry. I could probably wear them the next day but the rear ankle pad is so thick it was still wet. Basically, I like the shoes. Easy to walk, but your feet sweat. It's hot and muggy here so I'm sure they'll be amazing in colder weather. Buy it and try it, you won't regret it!
