Surprisingly useful

I've never had an oil sprayer but found it surprisingly useful. The three main uses for me are: * Pre-oiling the casserole dish or pan to prevent sticking * Lightly oiling the eggplant slices (on both sides) before baking (trying to oil them without a spray gun will soak up too much oil) )* Smearing with oil after cooking (then mixing) ingredients you don't want to stick
