Works very well. I'd like to mention HOW it works here. You might get rid of grief. You MUST remove the mandrel from the existing drill press. This will not fit your drill chuck on your drill Don't be scared it's easy to do Pull the handle and lower the drill and look from the side you will see a slot This is where you insert the mandrel , hit it with a hammer and the drill arbor pops out and this whole assembly slides in. Insert a ring cutter into this Accusize arbor and you're ready to cut holes.The MK2 size is for standard ground drill bits.
