They have very knowledgeable people who can help you out with any problems that may arise when using their products, whether it's an issue in your own work or one they are having to fix at another client site! Their support team has been excellent so far as well - responding quickly whenever I need them too (even during normal business hours!). The only thing about this program which isn't great would be if there were more tutorials available online by other users of these programs- but we've found our way around those issues just fine thusfar :). We're able solve all types of color grading tasks including keying shots from different cameras together into final comps without needing multiple passes through each shot individually beforehand; allowing us get straight down to finishing up edits instead of waiting days/weeks between steps along process flow.
