I'm 5'2, 160lbs and have DDD boobs. I ordered a medium size and it suits the look I'm going for which is a bit more revealing, but if you want it a bit buttoned up I'd recommend getting the large. Of course, it's like any button for girls with big breasts, and it doesn't close completely without big gaps between buttons or buttons opening accidentally. I will order again but it will definitely be big haha.
