We have access to a wide range of resources and training programs that are easily accessible from home via our internal intranet. There are not any dislikes as this has been an amazing experience! I feel like it is very important to be able to balance out your home life and home responsibilities while still having work flexibility at times. With MSO, my ability to balance out both has made the transition easier! If you are considering working for MSO, do it! The benefits, the perks, and the team dynamic are great. You will never regret joining! Working remotely as a Project Manager at MSO provides me with a fantastic opportunity to manage all aspects of our projects while being able to leverage my strengths in leadership and communication. This allows me to stay relevant and engaged within our organization. Additionally, working remotely gives us the opportunity to keep up some semblance of a normal family life.
