New formula doesn't work
I've been using take-up spools for years. This is the first time I've used an updated product and I don't like it. It's a lot stickier, a little thinner and just doesn't work. I don't understand why Redken messed around with a product that worked well. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Now I've found a new product to use instead. Goodbye, rewind!
