CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING.
I've been using this printer for a few months and had a few updates on my computer and then the printer stopped working so I contacted the company's customer service via their website (EOM-POS) and Mark helped me during of the whole process we were online for about 2 hours trying to fix the problem. He didn't give up and FIXED IT! He tried everything, I even restarted my computer and was able to contact him until he fixed the problem. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING.
