Don't waste your money on these filters. They arrived as advertised and were ready to use straight away. Installation was very easy and we were so excited. After about 2 weeks, a slight smell of sulfur appeared. We didn't pay much attention to it, but then it got worse and we couldn't drink filtered water anymore. I've tried taking it apart to see what's going on, but the filters are screwed on so tight from the factory that they can't be opened. I've tried contacting Apex customer service multiple times by leaving voice messages and sending emails, but no response. We are now well past our 30 day return window and have a water filtration system that is unusable without the company telling us to fix it. Save time and money, buy another filter.
