I used the built in camera on my laptop which was pretty bad plus the camera angle was pointing up. I decided to take a look at this camera which was priced at such a price that I wouldn't have lost a lot of money unless it worked really well. I can say that when my team members first zoomed in with this camera, they were amazed at the clarity and lighting from this little camera. The dynamic lighting works very well and the image quality with the built-in green screen zoom filter is quite good. If you use Zoom it's a good investment to get a green screen that you can attach to your chair and the Zoom looks a lot better. One thing I noticed was that for some reason the camera would disconnect from the USB and the zoom would freeze or get stuck freezing the video. It ended up being a Windows 10 setting on a rooted USB device with a power setting that allows Windows 10 to disable USB ports it thinks aren't being used. Just change this setting and the problems will go away. I had a Logitech camera that did the same thing and I tested both with this setting change and both worked without Zoom crashing. It's not the famous brand you're used to, but don't let that bother you. It works very well and will eventually get a few more for YouTube work and streaming.
