A nice option for the money, one of the best deals.

With Coollaboratory Liquid PRO, as much as 20 degrees of temperature reduction. Amazing result! And the "stone" is successful, 4.5 GHz keeps stable at 1.3 V, and according to AIDA64, in the floating point test, the heat dissipation is 125-130 watts. There are no even thoughts, to switch to the 6-8th generation of INTEL.
Different pros:
Amazing performance. On an effective "tower" or dropsy, a frequency of 5 GHz is quite achievable.
Different cons:
To enjoy this performance, you need a SCALP, because this silent TIM (Thermal Interface Material) thermal interface is not capable of overclocking.
