I had to make a hole on one end of the pole!

The pole is nice and strong but I had to spend 30-45 minutes drilling a hole in a small plastic bracket where you have to screw one of the rolled ends! I almost returned the product but I was with my mother who I bought this product for. My mom really needed the curtains so I managed to burn a hole through them (my drill bit was too small to make a big enough hole). I had to take photos. I will be using crazy glue to permanently attach this crazy to the end of the pole. My mother will have to deal with the fact that she can unscrew one end if necessary.
