Review on Klean Kanteen Insulated Stainless 20 Ounce by Harald Patterson

I specifically bought from this company because of the reputation and the presence of another canteen. The black looks crisp and I mostly use it indoors at the gym and mix up my protein shakes. I highly recommend buying a bottle washer to clean it, which I do shortly after use. The top screws on and off easily and securely, and I love the wide neck. It's not a leak proof bottle, it's much more hygienic and won't leave marks in the little cracks that mold will form. It scratches but is otherwise stable with some kind of coating on the outside. It will dent if dropped, but I have to say that this is probably true of almost any aluminum bottle. Don't give up! Overall, I think the design is well done and the upper material is easy to wear with your fingers thanks to the good thought during production. OK - does it keep drinks cold/warm? Yes, that's right. It lasts several hours for me. People have ridiculous expectations and if you search 4-8 hours I found the ice has mostly melted but the liquid is still very cold or possibly cold. I use a different color on my bike because the black absorbs sunlight, but surprisingly the liquid is still mostly cool. I haven't had any issues with sweating out of the bottle either, although I think the lid might sweat a bit. I'm very impressed with the bottle and if you buy it at a slightly reduced price I think it's a much better investment than an unnamed and cheap one.
