I like that it allows me to use my own template, as well as create new templates for certain projects in which there are multiple teams working together (such as with an agency).

The ability of this software enables its customization so we can make our workflows fit into how things should be done at your organization/company if you wish have them do different tasks or activities differently than their peers would normally complete these actions - such as when using Agile methodology where one day's task may only take two hours but another team member needs four weeks just because they're not used to doing something quickly! This helps keep everyone aligned throughout any given sprint/project while also making sure each person knows what other people need from him / her within his time frame before he starts creating plans himself; thus keeping track more efficiently through out all stages until completion without having someone else tell.
