These toner cartridges worked great until I recently updated the firmware on my HP M277dw MFP. After the update, the printer printed one page correctly and then gave me a generic "Printer failed. If the error persists, turn it off and on again." Of course I did. Nothing has changed, but the problem persisted. After a two-hour call to HP support, they confirmed that a recent firmware update disabled the non-HP toner cartridges. After replacing these cartridges with original HP cartridges, they work fine ($300+ later).
