Warning prospective buyers, I have returned the first item I ordered and a replacement came with the same problem: unable to adjust arm height. Stars. Trust me I've tried and tried to get it in and it just won't budge unless I damage the plastic. someone will reply that this product works, but I recently noticed another review talking about the same problem.
