I like that it is so easy for our reps to use! It has been very helpful in keeping track of all my leads & contacts as well as managing them once they are signed up with us through their website or app.

The customer service can be lacking at times but we have had great success working together towards reaching goals set by management within each department/team. We've seen an increase in revenue since implementing this software into both Salesforce (our CRM) and Outlook 365. This helps keep everyone organized which allows me more time spent doing what i love - helping people reach there financial dreams!! Less paper work means less stress when trying to close deals! Having everything available right next door makes life easier not just during meetings but everyday too.
