Great Product For All Marketing Departments

I like that it is so easy for our reps to use! It has been very helpful in keeping track of all my leads & contacts as well as managing them once they are signed up with us through their website or app. The customer service can be lacking at times but we have had great success working together towards reaching goals set by management within each department/team. We've seen an increase in revenue since implementing this software into both Salesforce (our CRM) and Outlook 365. This helps keep…

I like that it is very easy for our front desk staff members (who are not tech savvy)to learn how this system works in order make changes at their end without us needing any training or assistance! We have been able solve some of problems with time off requests/quotes etc before we even receive them via email so much quicker than other systems out there - especially when they dont come through as quickly!!
