3 hours. That's how long it took to figure out how to install software that was supposed to come preinstalled but wasn't preinstalled. The product arrived as nothing more than a basic OBD reader as nothing was installed. None of the websites in the accompanying documentation were valid and it turned out that there are two completely different Foxwell websites and two completely different software updaters depending on the model. The NT510 pro uses Foxwell.com, but the Elite needs to be registered with Foxwell.us. I was very disappointed before I found out myself (until now there was no email support for me). Once I finally found the right website and software, I was able to update the device with the software that was supposed to come with it by default. 3 stars because it works, but support and quality assurance are beyond lacking.
