I think mine is broken...
I don't know if it's just my comb or what but it pulls on my hair even when it's untangled. It feels like every time I run the brush over my head a few strands of hair get caught between the bristles. I had a similar brush before this one (round instead of square but just as zigzag) and never had a problem. I used it for about a year before it literally broke in the middle of a move... They are great at detangling wet hair. I think mine might just be defective.
