Good idea, bad execution. Honestly I have the Oji Cold Brew System which makes the best cold coffee. I was looking for something to use when traveling and while I didn't expect the coffee brewed in this machine to be of the same quality as my Oji system, I was very disappointed with the coffee this machine makes. The coffee comes out weak and full thick. I've tried 4 batches, different grid settings, different brew times, but the coffee comes out weak and not much better than the cheap coffee I can buy downstairs in the hotel lobby. On top of that, you have to put up with annoying emails from the manufacturer asking you to rate the device. But it will make a good water bottle. So if you're looking for a nicely designed water or juice device, this is a good device. I cannot recommend it as a cold brew coffee machine.
