If you use a case on your tablet, the bracket on the stand hardly fits, is very unstable and falls out. I've been using this stand for about a month after receiving it, so I can't return it. .Edit, contacted the company and offered a refund, excellent customer service. I took the cover off and just supported the tablet with my other hand, not the best solution but it works.
