The chat feature was very helpful when I needed help straight away or if it wasn't quite what i wanted from my agent! Sometimes you have so many options available but not all are useful at once - having multiple tabs open would be nice as well maybe? It's good because we've been able use this system since before switching over fully into using call centres only (and even then some agents still used talk desks!). We now try and avoid calling them unless absolutely necessary which has really helped us reduce costs by cutting down calls/agents required etc.
