Be sure to ask about the guaranteed return of the items. They charged me 35.00 but only gave back 15.00. Add to this the need to pay another 125.00 to replace the bearing AGAIN. I suggest ordering from someone who stands behind the product and doesn't charge you shipping costs! They also don't automatically refund you - it requires a phone call and a ridiculous "waiting" for 1 hour of music on hold! It used to be a very reputable company and the products were of the highest quality. I'm afraid it's gone now. I do not recommend doing business with these people.
