I'm not sure if this actually solves the problem.

I had a buzzing noise from a BT device I was plugging in so I looked around and knew I could fix the buzzing. However, as soon as I plug it in, the buzzing starts, even with nothing connected on the other end. Adding something there doesn't change anything. It might work on other machines, but not on mine.
