Excellent remote control with a very bright backlight. It was preprogrammed for a Samsung TV, but I had to select a different Samsung code to activate all of my TV's functions, which took less than a minute. ROKU's reprogramming is another reason I bought this remote. The only downside is that they're advertised as programmed for these devices, but you'll have to figure out the special keys on your ROKU remote by trial and error, for example. I still haven't figured out which button, if any, is used for the Roku* button. UPDATE: The ROKU* button is a button with three horizontal bars just below the AUX button. Overall I would recommend this remote, I like the size of the buttons, the backlight and the ease of programming and use. UPDATE: 4-5 months in use, still great! I changed it from 4 to 5 stars, I would definitely buy it again.
