I've been on a multi-year journey to get "over-the-knee shorts" to replace the torn ones I've slept in for most of my adult life. Everywhere I look, stores are always below the knee, basketball style. If I were desperate enough, I could spend $40 on name brand running shorts, but most of them come with that pesky lining. Thanks but no. I need my "freedom". Is this a tangible sign that I'm officially too old and my personal taste is going out of style? If so, then I'm too old to care. Luckily they came to my rescue. They are very comfortable and breathable. I bought one to try and stock up on a bunch more for the next ten years. If you are on a similar trip this is worth a try!
