Love it! This is my third for all the years of use on their machines. It's very small, doesn't take up any dashboard space, sleek design, no weird buttons or clicks to press, and when the phone is plugged in, you hardly notice this thing is on the back of the phone because it's so small is ! My only complaint is that it may or may not stick depending on the material of your dashboard. For example, on my 2016 Hyundai Accent, it's stuck somewhere on the dash, but on my new 2020 Nissan Sentra and my brother's 2015 Honda Civic, I found it was on the floor of my car the next day when I put it on the dash ! The adhesive/plastic on the underside is not suitable for the material that my Nissan and Honda Civic dashboard is made of. (Maybe I didn't install it correctly?) But I love how it looks and how easy it is that I decided to use it with super glue and now it works just perfect! So if it doesn't work for you, just send it back. if you didn't want to go to the "extreme" measures, I had to!
