Has started to give off a musty smell. The product has deteriorated and is no longer usable. I wrote to the supplier but did not receive a positive response. Strangely the packaged cleaner has gone bad and stinks. It is advertised as biodegradable. I didn't think he would start degrading himself in his own box. They seriously need to improve the formula and maintain the quality. The seventh generation breeds safely, without chemicals and so on. Perhaps they have to work harder to maintain strict quality control and realize that the reputation they've built is primarily based on quality and ethics. Launching multiple products can be profitable, but quality must not be compromised. I am dissatisfied with this product.
