This little thing works great. There are a few things to note, but other than that it's been working flawlessly for over a year. Mostly I keep it on one channel. In the event of interference, one of the other channels is usually free, but I rarely have to change it. It's more prone to interference on cold and cold days, but changing channels usually fixes that. Only once have I had to unhook it and grab a CD while driving, and that was a year ago in Sacramento last December. The atmosphere must have been weird that day, or Sacramento must have been weird that day. Who knows. I had no problem returning just two months ago. I connected it to a mini iPad. Works best when the iPad volume is set to around 3/4. Running the iPad output at full volume will clip most songs. Three quarters is no problem at all. This is a great way to turn your mobile device into a radio if your car system doesn't have an MP3 input.
