Okay I just installed it on my truck. Not difficult at all, took about 30 minutes. I just installed it from the drivers page, it's the only thing to replace in case anyone is interested. Now getting down to whether that fit matters, all I can say is FUCK YES! On throttle response you can see the difference, it's amazing, it's now very responsive and quick on take off. This part has completely changed the way the truck is driven and for some reason the transmission shifts much smoother. My truck is stock, no tuning, 200,000 miles. I use my truck to tow an 11k fifth wheel and I'm going on a trip in about 3 weeks and I'll let you know how it was for all my fellow campers. I also installed a PSA fuel drain valve before doing this and it made the engine run stronger and felt healthier so this is another part I would recommend along with this part.
