good shock Missing parts

They fit my 2002 Toyota 4Runner SR5. They have a nice stiff feel and help the truck ride smoothly over bumps. I am satisfied with the quality of the shock absorber. What I don't like is who packed them at the factory. I was missing 1 nut, 2 bushings and 2 washers! I got lucky because I did it at work and had extra parts laying around to replace the ones I was missing, but if I were at home in my garage I'd have problems. Monroe needs to work on quality control. If all the parts that were supposed to come with the shocks were in the box as intended, I would give this review 5 stars.
