Review on Caliart by Aaron Charlton

Caliart has not lived up to my expectations. They advertise "top-notch products," but I found the quality to be subpar. My colored pencils were not as vivid as they were represented to be, and the brush bristles were all torn up. The "unbeatable prices" also weren't actually that low. On other websites, I was able to find the same items for a lot less money. It was annoying to discover after making a buy at Caliart that I had overpaid. Finally, the care we received from the staff was poor. Customer service was unresponsive and useless, leaving me with unanswered questions and problems. I was met with hostility when I attempted to report the problem to a higher-up manager. As a whole, I just can't say good things about Caliart. A visit to their store will only leave you feeling disheartened due to their many broken pledges and unhelpful staff.
