Before writing this I actually saw good marks for the 'suitcase' which was a surprise as neither my wife nor I could open the plastic case. I guess I could pry it open with a screwdriver but then the contents would be scattered everywhere. I waited a second day and tried again to see if I was missing something obvious, but I can't see it. , so I have to wonder if the case design is really bad. Anyway, I sent it back as I don't want to run into this frustration every time I need a screw. Nothing is known about the quality of the screws as they are still firmly in the puzzle case.
